Decision workflow

  1. Move from longlist to 6 finalists.
  2. Use Compare for side-by-side tradeoffs.
  3. Run Tournament twice, one run each partner.
  4. Take top 2 into the Decision Ceremony.
  5. Record the final pick and archive runner-up notes.
