Go to Settings > Partner & Household. Click 'Invite Partner' and send them the unique invite link. They'll create an account and automatically join your household. You'll see each other's votes in real-time!

Pink/Purple hearts = Love it! | Yellow stars = Maybe/Consider | Gray X = Not for me | Hearts show how much you like a name. Your partner sees your votes, and BabyTime shows you names you both loved in the 'Shared Loves' section.

Start with 10-20 favorites, then narrow down to 3-5 finalists. BabyTime will help you compare them side-by-side. Most couples choose their final name from a shortlist of 3-5 names in their last trimester.

Absolutely! BabyTime works great for single parents. You'll still get personalized recommendations, can build your shortlist, and access all Pro features. The partner features simply won't be available.

Go to Settings > Language & Culture. Choose from 20+ languages. This affects name meanings, origins, and cultural context. Your partner can use a different language - each account has independent settings.

Swipe right (or tap the heart) for names you love. Swipe left (or tap the X) for names you're not interested in. Tap the name card itself to see full details, origins, and meanings before voting.

Names that BOTH you and your partner voted 'Love'! These appear in a special section and are your strongest candidates. BabyTime makes it easy to find names you both genuinely like.

Yes! Go to your History (in the menu) and you'll see all your votes. Tap any name to change your vote or remove it entirely. Your partner will see the updated vote in real-time.

BabyTime learns from your votes! It looks at origins, sounds, syllables, and name characteristics you like. The more you vote, the better your recommendations get. We also consider cultural preferences and your due date.

A fun way to narrow down your shortlist! BabyTime pits names against each other in head-to-head matchups. Choose your favorite each round. After several rounds, you'll have a clear winner based on your preferences.

Yes! When you vote on a name, your partner sees it immediately. You can also see when they're online and actively browsing. This creates a fun, collaborative experience even when you're apart.

BabyTime shows 'Disagreements' - names one of you loved but the other didn't. Use these for discussion! Many couples discover their partner's perspective changes their mind. The app also suggests 'bridge names' with similar qualities you both might like.

Yes! Each person's Discovery feed can have different filters. You might filter by origin, they might filter by popularity. Your votes and shortlist are shared, but your browsing experience is personalized.

Use the Finalist Comparison tool! Add 3-5 names from your Shared Loves. See them side-by-side with meanings, sounds, and your notes. BabyTime shows voting history and can facilitate a final vote or conversation.

BabyTime sends gentle reminders to inactive partners (if they opt in). You can also share specific names via text/email with 'Hey, what do you think about this one?' Most partners become more engaged in the third trimester!

Yes! Your votes, shortlist, and conversations are private to your household. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export or delete your data anytime in Settings.

Limited offline support. Previously loaded names remain visible, but you'll need internet to vote, sync with your partner, or load new names. We're working on full offline mode!

Go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your votes, shortlist, and household data. If you have a partner, they'll be notified and can continue with a new household.

Yes! BabyTime works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers. Your data syncs across all devices. Use the swipe interface on your phone, then view detailed comparisons on your tablet or computer.
