Welcome to BabyTime! By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. BabyTime is provided by BentLoLabs LLC, and these terms govern your use of our app, website, and related services.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Your continued use of BabyTime after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BabyTime. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the right to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate account information
• You will use BabyTime in compliance with all applicable laws

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Please choose a strong password and don't share it with anyone.

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• You may only create one account per person
• Don't share your account with others

BabyTime lets you invite a partner to share your naming journey. When you invite someone to your household:

• They'll see your votes, shortlist, and notes
• You'll see their votes and preferences
• Both partners have equal access to household data
• Either partner can remove the other from the household
• Be respectful and communicate openly with your partner

BabyTime is a safe, supportive space for expecting parents. We ask that you:

• Use the service only for its intended purpose (choosing baby names)
• Don't harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Don't upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Don't attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our systems
• Don't scrape or automatically collect data from BabyTime
• Don't use BabyTime for commercial purposes without permission

Your Content: You own the content you create (notes, photos, journal entries). By using BabyTime, you grant us a license to store and display your content to provide the service. You can delete your content at any time.

Our Content: BabyTime's name database, design, features, and branding are owned by BentLoLabs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

BabyTime offers Pro features through paid subscriptions. When you subscribe:

• You'll be charged the displayed price at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime from Settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period
• We offer a 7-day free trial for new users (no credit card required)
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key privacy commitments:

• We never sell your personal data
• Your naming choices are private to your household
• We use encryption to protect your data
• You can export or delete your data at any time

We work hard to keep BabyTime running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may:

• Perform maintenance or updates (we'll notify you when possible)
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

BabyTime is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we don't guarantee that name data, pronunciations, or meanings are 100% accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BentLoLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BabyTime.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or misuse the service. We'll provide notice when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Delaware law.

BabyTime is continuously evolving. We may add new features, modify existing ones, or remove features that aren't working well. We'll communicate significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
