How do I get started with BabyTime??

How do I sync with my partner??
Go to Settings ? Household Management ? Invite Partner. They'll receive an email invite to join your household. Once accepted, all baby care data syncs in real-time across both devices.
How does name discovery work??
Swipe through curated baby names one at a time. Swipe right to save favorites, left to skip. Filter by origin, meaning, popularity, and more, then share your favorites with your partner.
Explore names ?Is my baby's data private and secure??
Yes! Your data is encrypted, HIPAA-compliant, and never shared with third parties. Only you and invited household members can access your baby's information.
Read privacy policy ?Does BabyTime work offline??
Yes! Track activities offline and they'll automatically sync when you're back online. Perfect for nighttime feedings or areas with poor connection.
What's included in the free vs paid plans??
Name Discovery (pre-birth)
Free (Discovery): 50 swipes/day, 55 total discovery votes, 15-name shortlist, 1 partner, basic name info
Pro ($11.99/mo): Unlimited swipes, AI Name Coach, surname compatibility, tournament mode, ceremony & PDF export, up to 50 shortlist slots
Lifetime ($179.99): All Pro features forever, unlimited AI Coach, name story video, VIP support
Baby Tracking (post-birth)
Free: One-tap logging (feeding, sleep, diapers), Today Dashboard, basic insights, Milk Vault (basic)
Pro ($11.99/mo): Doctor Visit Prep export, growth charts, milestone tracking, sleep optimization coach, AI feed predictor, advanced insights, caregiver handoff mode
Can I export my baby's data??
Yes! Pro users (post-birth) can export all tracking data as CSV or PDF via Doctor Visit Prep. Pro/Lifetime users (name discovery) can export journey summaries as PDF. Free users have access to basic exports. Go to Settings ? Data & Privacy ? Export Data.
I'm having technical issues. What should I do??
Try these steps:
- Refresh the page or restart the app
- Clear your browser cache
- Update to the latest app version
- Check your internet connection
- Log out and log back in
